🎮 It's kind of amazing all the free or relatively low cost video game making systems that are out there these days. GDevelop is a (new to me) open source one designed to require no coding and it's on version 5.
📚🎧Hunger Makes Me a Modern Girl (★★★★) is Sleater-Kinney cofounder and Portlandia star Carrie Brownstein's memoir covering her early life and feminist punk rock career. The audiobook version is particularly enjoyable because she narrates it herself, my only complaint is that it ends a few years prior to Portlandia and clearly that story deserves a book of its own.
NetNewsWire 5 is out and works really well. The big issue for me is the macOS 10.14.4+ requirement and dependence on Feedbin for syncing. I want to dial back my Twitter usage in favor of RSS, but I'm still figuring out which apps and services to rely on.

Avista is proposing a new park along the Spokane River north of Mission. The plan would close Upriver Drive between Mission and Center and provide Spokane River access in an area that is currently inaccessible. This is a great idea and I am 100% for it.
