I didn't realize everybody was getting adjustable standing desks as part of our big open office remodel until I took a quick tour at work yesterday. The furniture seems pretty nice and I'm looking forward to being in a less isolated location relative to all my colleagues.

Capped off a beautiful spring-like March day with my first barbecue burger of the year last night. It was pretty great!
🏃♂ Got in a nice long 15K run this afternoon. Now my quads are sore and I need a nap, but the latter is mostly thanks to Daylight Saving Time.

📺 Arrow has gotten about 10x better since Diaz whacked Cayden James. I feel bad saying that as a Michael Emerson fan, but the back half of the season is looking way more compelling now that Diaz is out in the open and old friends are showing up.
🏃♂ Looks like I have a rainy run to look forward to. Debating whether I want to go 5K or 10K today. Time to go for a quick walk to gauge the conditions.
🏀 Basketball matchups are funny. One week Oregon beat #14 Arizona, the next they lose to 11 win WSU. Now they're playing in the PAC-12 tourney and WSU still has the upper hand in the second half.
📺 Here's my theory on this year's DeVoe arc on The Flash after episode 14 (I'm one behind). Ralph Dibney is the final mind transferral target because his resilient cells won't break down under the strain like all the previous metas and DeVoe can actually look like himself again.
📚 Just discovered that Frederik Backman followed up My Grandmother Asked Me To Tell You She's Sorry with Britt-Marie Was Here, a book about the most annoying (but ultimately sympathetic) supporting character from My Grandmother and completely redeems her. This is so genius.
