⚽ It always makes me laugh when Harry Kane starts knocking down defenders that get in his way.
⚽ Perfect Reguilon cross sets up Bale’s go ahead header. Alderweireld set the whole thing up with a tremendous diagonal ball to the wing.
⚽ Baffling uncalled foul on Hojberg allows Brighton to equalize vs. Spurs. Looks like Lo Celso about to come in.
⚽ Fantastic Women’s FA Cup final. Man City gets the 3-1 victory after 2 goals late in extra time. American Sam Mewis played really well and tallied City’s opening goal with a perfect corner kick header.
🧙♂ Ended up going 3-3 in my first quick draft with a WG deck that I felt was kind of mediocre going in. Had a chance to get a fourth win, but made a crucial misplay in crunch time of my last game.
🏃♂ Got in a pleasant afternoon 10K, but felt kind of sluggish despite the perfect fall conditions. Hopefully I can go even farther tomorrow.
Fell asleep putting my younger kids to sleep and didn’t wake up until 1am. Got up and fiddled around for a couple hours, didn’t have any coffee, and then got hit by a severe withdrawal headache at around 3am when I wanted to go back to sleep because it had been 15 hours since my last caffeinated beverage.🙄
Overcast this morning, but I'm very happy to be back to more typical seasonal temperatures and see all the snow melting off.
@matigo Luck is definitely a factor, but skill and knowledge have a strong role as well.
@matigo Theoretically if you average ~5.5 wins you can go infinite where drafting pays for itself, but the quality of your opponents scales up with your win-rate. That's not my goal though- I'm strictly trying to draft as many rares as possible and still win around 3 games per draft.
