Mary had the brilliant idea to repurpose an unused bag of pita bread as the crust for some personal sized gourmet pizzas last night. Today I’m eating the leftover ones that had grilled fresh sliced jalapeño peppers as the main topping- light, spicy, and delicious! 😋
@matigo It was such I popular first name during my youth that it was almost unusual not to have at least one classmate named Jason every year. My best friend in elementary school was named Jason in fact, but conveniently he went by Jay. 🤷🏻♂

@matigo A $30+ payout for Lime. For most of the summer scooters were $4 minimum each and I was averaging ~$50 a night. They moved to dynamic pricing last month and usage has also declined because of the cold November temperatures so that’s out the window now. 🛴
🛴 Monday’s are usually slow compared to the rest of the week, but tonight was particularly bad as Lime failed to release several scooters with low batteries on campus and I came away with 1 for the night. Realistically I need to pick up and charge 5 a night minimum for it to be worthwhile and closer to 8-10 to be profitable.
@nitinkhanna when I get invested in a team as a fan, and get to know the players and coaches’ personalities, backgrounds, strengths, and failings, it all becomes just as dramatic and interesting as a book or television show to me.
🏀 Gonzaga point guard Joel Ayayi has some truly otherworldly stats through the first two games of the season. His 12-1 assist to turnover ratio leads the country and his 10 rebounds per game average leads the team! Can’t wait to see what he does tonight against North Dakota.
@matigo it’s my understanding that the owner of the land surrounding our neighborhood is a taxidermist, so he better not make that guy mad!
No sign of it when I got home, hopefully it's bedding down for the night somewhere.
My wife just called to let me know that the neighborhood moose [axodys.10centuries.org] has been foraging up and down our street all day. Lots of people keeping an eye on it and taking pictures, but I'm hoping it clears out again before I get home.
