🧙♂ Looks like we've got a month and a half until the Kaldheim set drops on Arena. Considering Quick Draft doesn't happen until a few weeks after the set release I've basically got 60 days to farm gold.
🧙♂ Broke through to the Gold Tier today after my recent plateau thanks to some streamer inspiration to go back to the Naya Winona Party deck that I’ve been working on for a while. Adding 3 Skyclave Apparitions and the Garruk’s Uprising enchantment tweak worked to perfection.
🧙♂ Finally found a green archetype that I really enjoy. Historic Elves was by far the most fun deck that I played in Arena's Historic All Access event.
@matigo Yep, it's all good now. Took me a minute to figure out where to specify the path to a built-in shell in Terminal again, but everything fell into place after that.
Went to update something in MacPorts and realized I had never updated it post Big Sur install. Getting everything working again required more manual effort than I expected and broke my shell, but I'm getting there.
Snow/rain mix is finally sticking a little bit, but it's probably only a half inch at most.
🧙♂ Played a quick match with Historic Elves on my lunch break and picked up a win against some kind of Rogue/Mill deck that was straight out of Standard.
🧙♂ MTGA is doing a Historic All Access event all day where you can put together decks with all available cards. Basically a chance to play any decks you've ever wanted to try. I think I'm going to be playing a LOT of Magic tonight!
🧙♂ Realized last night that I had misconstructed my recent favorite Boros Winota Dogs deck by accidentally leaving in two extra lands and leaving out two copies of a key creature. The deck has been great in the Play queue, but now it should be more viable on the ladder as well.
