Looks like we're supposed to have stormy weather this afternoon so planning to get in my run soon. Have a ton of projects to work on after that.

Another solid day of dirt hauling. Should be able to finish this phase of the project by the end of the day tomorrow.

I agree. Ben Thompson is good at the paid membership thing and is also bundling a discount for his newsletter subscribers and I think established podcasters with followings in the 10K+ range would be foolish not to do these kind of endeavors.

Probably about a half hour, I'll pay attention this time. If it continues to grow this well, I'll finally be able to hand the task off to my sons- it's been a little too sparse and fiddly, but they're at the age where they should be doing ours and their grandparents.

Time to mow the entire yard for the first time this year. Really happy with how well the grass is growing right now.

Started off the morning by getting my pinky impaled by one of our cat's claws. I was trying to help my son with his scarf knitting project and the cat was drawn to the yarn like a moth to a flame and got me right before I could pull everything out of his reach.😾

Another productive day of podcast listening and dirt hauling. Going to try to get in a short run now.

🎮 Humble Bundle has Grim Dawn on sale for ridiculously cheap right now, but I generally prefer GOG's drm free versions to Steam. There are several days left until sale ends though and I'm not even sure if it will play decently on any of my largely gpu-challenged hardware.

Made a lot of good progress on my basketball court project and listened to more podcasts than I have in ages. We'll see how it goes tomorrow, but I think I can probably have the space completely ready for gravel by the end of the weekend.

Made a little progress leveling the ground where we're going to put a small basketball half court and then it started raining hard so I came in for lunch. May just throw on a rain jacket and get back to work now though.
