🍿 Finally watched Mad Max Fury Road and it didn't disappoint at all. Crazy chase action sequences and Charlize Theron was great as Imperator Furiosa.
🎮 Tried listening to some podcasts last night while I played Diablo II and that actually worked pretty well. It's kind of similar to driving a car or running where your brain doesn't have to be fully engaged in what you're doing.
Backyard is mowed thanks to my youngest son. I even used the new weed whacker1 to trim some of the weeds along the fence line back there too. Going to give the front yard a little longer because it's always grown a bit slower.
I love battery powered yard equipment!
I was also delighted to discover that MATE can recognize and mount an iPhone just fine, so I'm importing some pictures from her old phone while I'm at it.
Decided to go with Ubuntu-MATE 20.04 LTS on the laptop I'm setting up for Mary since it's relatively easy to get into a Mac-like configuration. And after three or four years of listening to the Ubuntu Podcast I feel like Martin Wimpress has fully earned my trust and admiration.
Threw some grilled pork slices into a bowl of white rice along with a nice helping of guacamole and my goodness was that delicious!
Another rainy day as expected. I realized yesterday evening (when it was already too late) that I probably should have mowed our backyard grass because it’s growing fast and might be our last dry day for a while.🙄
🎮 The other plus is that even though I've never advanced beyond Act III, I know Diablo II well enough that I can get in a fairly casual 20-30 minutes and get out.
