Porting Kit is pretty slick. Used it to install the PC version of Diablo II, the Lord of Destruction DLC, a couple patches, and the PlugY mod.
Tired and all too awhere that it's time to go back to work tomorrow. Thinking I'm going to turn in early tonight.
@matigo yeah, it seemed bizarre to me too. I was just trying to do a normal update and see what was available beyond that and it completely failed and said it was a repository issue.
@matigo That was actually an issue I ran into while working on Mary's laptop replacement. I had an old laptop setup with 18.10 that I hadn't used in a long time and all the repositories no longer worked so I just replaced the drive and started over.
@matigo Yeah, Mary and I joked yesterday that if the kids don't use it we will, but I think everybody will find stuff to do on it even if basketball isn't involved.
Made some more progress on the basketball half court this morning. Just about have all the wood forms in place. After that need to do some more leveling and backfilling and then we'll be ready for the gravel when June rolls around.
The boys and I are very close to beating Icewind Dale. Kind of crazy that we've been playing around 45 minutes a night for over two months now.
@matigo Yeah, even when it not necessarily a technical subject it's still so annoying to have no idea what the age of a post is.
Completely forgot that I had installed exiftool
on my computer at some point while researching batch photo organization and renaming Friday. In a strange coincidence John Siracusa also mentioned exiftool
in the most recent ATP I listened to yesterday.
Sliced my palm opening a can of cat food this morning. It's shallow and didn't bleed too much, just in an awkward spot to put a bandaid on and have it stay put.
