@joeo10 I'm a wireless data miser so 5G support is meaningless to me and I don't foresee replacing my iPhone 11 for years (barring catastrophe) so plenty of time for things to sort out. I wonder how much most people are really going to get swept up in the 5G marketing hype?

@phoneboy Interestingly Comcast's exclusive agreement with the City of Spokane expired three years ago and they've never completed negotiation on a new long term deal that prevents competition, so I think that is no longer an issue.
Finally watched The Good Dinosaur and it was better than I expected. The landscapes were stunning!
@matigo US political dynamics are so weird from a historical perspective. Obama was basically a black moderate late 20th Century Republican, but moderate Republicans no longer exist and the Republican Party skews white.
@matigo Absolutely considered moderate, establishment, and somewhat hawkish, even though as the first female nominee she was literally a progressive candidate in that sense of the word.
@phoneboy I think there's a strong chance that you're correct unfortunately, and you're right about the Democratic Party. I've been skeptical of Sanders for a long time, but he seems like the only candidate that's really energizing people right now.

Watched WarGames with the older kids tonight. It was funnier than I remembered and holds up pretty well.
