🧙♂ Drafted a solid AFR deck and got absolutely clowned by both my opponents and the shuffler in Premier draft to finish 1-3. Thankfully had better luck in Constructed and finished the night in Platinum 3.
Air Quality went down the tubes again and looks like it may stay bad through the weekend.
🧙♂ Pretty fun day on Magic Arena. Played a few games on the ladder first thing this morning and gained a little ground in Platinum. After work did my free Amonkhet Premier Draft and picked up 5 rares (Soul-scar Mage being the best one), a mythic, and my first win.
The best part about my youngest daughters going to ballet class this week is that the studio is next to a donut shop. Looking forward to a post lunch donut today!
⚽ I have a lot of mixed feelings about PSG's super team. I admire Pochettino, Messi, and Sergio Ramos, but Mbappe, Neymar, and Qatar backed ownership are probably my three top annoyances from smallest to greatest. Poch has his work cut out for him managing the age, ego, and workrate of this group.
🧙♂ Ended up doing 30 total drafts in AFR before the first Quick Draft season ended. Considering doing a couple more Premier Drafts, but will probably just crack my 80 AFR packs tonight and start focusing on the Standard 2022 Constructed Ladder for the remainder of the month.
🧙♂ Got up early, finished up my run to Platinum on the Constructed ladder, and then won a surprising number of games in the Quick Draft I started last night to finish 6-3. Started another Quick Draft after that and picked up a Werewolf Pack Leader and a fourth Minsc.
Taking a little break from the fence while the clouds and thunder are passing by outside. No rain or flashes at the moment, but fairly windy and rumbly from time to time.
